Blood Banks are experiencing severe shortages, and we are hosting this blood drive to help. Despite the COVID-19 pandemic, you can still donate blood safely and help with the mitzvah of Piku’ach Nefesh, the saving of lives. To donate, just come to synagogue at your convenience on Thursday afternoon, July 8. Or you can register and reserve a time, either on-line or by phoning Red Cross blood services at 1-800-RED CROSS (1-800-733-2767). Blood samples will be assayed for corona antibodies and donors will be notified of their test results.
