This will be a Potluck Picnic - please bring a dish that will serve at least 8-10 people.   You can bring either a salad, main dish or dessert.  Drinks and place settings will be provided.   We will also have cards upon which you can write the ingredients of your dish.  That way, those with concerns about allergies, halal or kashruth can determine what they can eat.
