Interfaith Iftar

This is a chance to share our faith with that of our Muslim neighbors and friends. Iftar is the festive meal eaten every night after the day long fast during the month of Ramadan, and the Turkish Cultural Society is holding Iftar meals at various non-Muslim congregations around the area.

The program is simple. We gather at 8:00 and hear brief messages of inspiration about Muslim spirituality and Jewish spirituality. Then we eat and visit.

Everyone is asked to bring a vegetarian dish for an international potluck supper.

This program was wonderful last year, and we look forward to welcoming our Muslim friends again this year.
